    Totally disagree. Sloppy body is because of diet. Most powerlifters and strongmen I know have similar builds. Their/our diets are nearly as strict as your's but our weightlifting form is great, thus why we move more weight than most.

    I was making a generalization on the sloppy weight, sloppy body analogy. I am not saying it holds true all of the time but there is a disproportionate number of people who use big weights with sloppy form who have big bodies that are sloppy in form. As far as the diet comparison I assume you meant "arent" nearly as strict?
