workout was great yesterday dud flat bench first 3sets of 6 with 275,295 315 i went to failure and got 8. Incline db was next 100lbs for 3 sets of 10,8 and failed at 6 last set. Then incline db flys with 60 3sets of 12. Cable crossovers to finish it off. I had a shake and ate a meal and still had energy so i went back and hit tris:
3 sets pushdowns 15-20 reps each
5 sets skullcrushers with straight bar 145lbs 12,10,8
3 sets overhead db ext. 100lbs 8,8,9
3 sets straight arm kickbacks 20lbs 10 reps each
