I took it by itself (not part of a cycle) and I noticed a some fat loss about 3-4 days into it. I didn't really try to concentrate on the day to day losses though. I wanted to see more of the total loss and results after I was done with the 2 week cycle.
Unless one is on an extreme amount of drugs, noticeable fat loss takes time. Drugs like clen or albuterol deplete the body of electrolytes, causing a corresponding drop in water retention. This happens fairly quickly. I think a lot of people interpret this as a rapid onset of fat loss when in fact that has not occurred.
i started a test/clen/t3 cycle this week and today im up to 120mcg and geetting the shakes which is quite nice lol.. but so far im down 5lbs .. but also my diet is very clean and strict and cardio and lifting is intense .. but ive used clen a few times and always get good results from it..

clenbuterol works wonders for me... altho there isnt really a dramatic weight loss from it and then it seems when im off of it for 2 weeks i put on what i lost and then it just repeats...
are you working out on the clen or just taking the clen and waiting for it to work?
i know when i take the clen after about day 5 i really start to notice it especially in my sides and my lower belly -
also one thing i like about the clen - i try to eat healthy but i tend to eat alot ..and when weekends come its beers, pizza, chips... however if im on the clen it seems to just keep everything in balance..
