Over the last 6 months or so, I have been having issues with brown rice, which is a staple in my diet. Usually, I have two meals a day with 100g of rice. I am getting to the point where I can hardly tolerate it (gas, bloating, etc). Barley is even worse.
I need something calerie dense that is low glycemic, but not having many ideas. What other forms of cabrs do people generally use for bulking? I do not want any wheat products.
The rest of my meals consist of several servings of fruits, vegetables and oats and all whole foods - No protein shakes and only an occassional MRP bar.
