Have been debating doing my 1st cycle for weeks now - HELP!

    Hey,

    So here are my stats:
6'2, 190lbs, Training for 1.5 years, body fat is low, not sure of exact percentage
I want to add some weight, not a whole lot. I am thinking anywhere from 20- 25 lbs. What would be the best form of steroid to take? Also, what does everyone recommend to take during my cycle and post cycle? I would greatly appreciate your thoughts, thanks

If you gained some much naturally.... then continue naturally.... you can obviously gain weight easily. Put another 10 to 15 pounds on, then try AAS

Whats your diet to have gains like that

It is all lean mass..... Genetically I have a very athletic build ....plus, my frame allows for much more weight considering how skinny i was @ 170 6'2 starting training peaking at around 195 at times ....to do it naturally becomes very expensive .....i am well aware you still have to eat a ton of food while on AAS, however the jump start it would give would cut down on a lot of time, as I am more than willing to put in the work

mainly, i eat a lot of pastas, eggs, chickens, fish, fruits, veggies, etc, etc

How is growth naturally more expensive than with AAS?? Now I am completely confused

Steroids are not a magical drug that make you grow large and musclely , yes, I am well aware. However, I am referring to the very large amount of money I have spent over the last year or so on food alone. When I speak of expense, I am associating that with the long term, not the short term.
I am also aware that with the purchase of AAS initially and the cost of my diet while on AAS, it will be more expensive in the short term, however in the long term it will be cheaper for myself. I say this because once I begin to cycle off AAS, I will eat a more balanced diet, rather than a diet where I am constantly and consistently trying to build upon my physique. At that point I would be more so maintaining my gains, rather than trying to gain in itself.

Your food bill should not be any less during or after.... you will need to eat a lot of food to maintain your new gains.
