Hey, I wanted to know if there was a way to cut body fat without losing muscle mass? I always hear of how you lose muscle in your sleep, when you jog in the morning, ect.. it makes me never wanna cut if I'm gonna lose what few muscles I've managed to build up to this point, but I want to eventually cut some body fat.
Right now I'm at 15% bodyfat and I am at 170 pounds. I'm 22, and my body type is mesomorph.
I was thinking of maybe adding a 20-30 minute jogging session before breakfast while I'm doing my bulking period right now, and see if I could cut some extra fat as I build muscle, but that seems impossible.
