Amateur powerlifter/hockey
About 2 weeks ago I was playing hockey and slammed into the boards feet first. I broke two bones in my ankle, and dislocated it! I play hockey just because Im not a fan of cardio so this is the replacement.
Last year I started competing in powerlifting on a amateur level (for now). Well with this injury I can't walk for 2 months and its looking like I am not gonna be BACK to normal life for about 6 to 8 months. I also work work a job that requires me to be physically fit, right now im stuck on light duty, I need to get back to normality with work(primarily for OT)
My question is: Would HGH help me heal quicker? If so what should the dosing be?
There is nothing more frustrating than I injury... I just want to fix myself as fast as possible so I can back in the gym.
