I am thinking about takeing clen but really do not know to much about it. I have read up about it but am still unsure. I have never know anyone that has taken it.
I have it in the liquid form and was wondering on the doseage. I'm fairly small 5' 1'' and 117 lbs. 21 years old, female. And normally dont take any type of fat burners.
My diet is great, I have worked in weight loss for about 2 years know so dont need any info on that.
I am weight training 4 times a week, into my 6th week now. Doing some cardio as well.
Not really looking to lose much weight, just get rid of some body fat that seems to not be going anywhere.
Also I have read about the side effects but how common are they?
If anyone could give me some pointers on how to go about this it would be great.
