    epic but serious question

    so i just saw on family guy that if you pay a girl to have sex with you and you get busted but have a camera in the room to film it, then its not considered prostitution, instead its considered a porno, lol is this true

    Lmao probably depends on the state. At the same time tho they could probably get you for shooting the Porno with out proper permits lol.

    you can use that as a defense.

    there is a big difference between having a camera laying on top of the night stand, and having full photographic equipment and lights in production.

    the word "ploy" comes to mind if the camera is simply sitting on top of the night stand. This sounds like a defense that would not stand.

    I see your point but there is acually a market or "hidden camera Porn" so having a camera on a nightstand ect could be a relevent defense

    Just make sure you never pay a girl for sex. Pay them to leave (pay after). How can you get busted for that? LOL Obviously it has to be your place, not hers.

    problem with that niche is that all participants may or may not be consenting. You have to know about it before you can legally consent.
