I have been training for 6 years. My height is 5' 6". My weight is 200lbs. My body fat is 23%. I eat clean at least 6 days a week and my goal is to cut down to 1852. I find that supplements are pretty much a waste of money and I have essentially hit plateau and I am looking to educate myself on first time cycles for a newbie.
