Ive been regularly working out for almost 2 yrs. now. I'm 32 yrs old, 176 lbs, 5'11", 19 % body fat... and im planning to start my first cycle in 3 weeks time. In these three weeks, i'm planning to increase the intensity of my work-outs. ( was 3 times a day, will be 4 -5 times a day)
I will go for a 10 week Test E cycle, 500 mg a week.

Week 2 Test E, 250 x2 ( Monday, Thursday)
Week 3 Test E, 250 x2 ( Monday, Thursday)
Week 4 Test E, 250 x2 ( Monday, Thursday)
Week 5 Test E, 250 x2 ( Monday, Thursday)
Week 6 Test E, 250 x2 ( Monday, Thursday)
Week 7 Test E, 250 x2 ( Monday, Thursday)
Week 8 Test E, 250 x2 ( Monday, Thursday)
Week 9 Test E, 250 x2 ( Monday, Thursday)

Week 13 Nolvadex 140 mg ( 20 mg. ED), Clomid 900 mg ( 300 mg Monday, 100 mg rest of the week)
Week 14 Nolvadex 140 mg ( 20 mg. ED), Clomid 550 mg ( 100 mg first 4 days, 50 mg rest of the week)
Week 15 Nolvadex 140 mg ( 20 mg. ED), Clomid 350 mg ( 50 mg. ED)
I was considering having Nolvadex 20 mg ED during the cycle as a precaution against gyno symptoms but later changed my mind. I will use it ONLY if the symptoms occur.
As seen above, PCT will start 2 weeks after the last injection. I will go for Nolvadex+Clomid. I know some people will argue that Clomid is just a weaker version of Nolvadex, and that i should stick to Nolvadex only, but to be on the safe side i'll take both. I will not stack it with HCG...Or should i? If i should, u think i use it on cycle or on PCT?
Training schedule will be 6x a week weight training in the mornings and 7x a week Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ( think of it as intense cardio sessions) in the evenings.
Ive planned my diet so that i will get MIN. 3600 calories per day - 25% Protein, 45% Carbs, 30% fats: if i feel like eating an extra meal, i will go for lean meat. On top of this I will have 40 g of protein + 5 g Creatine Monohydrate 1 hr. after training.
Other daily supplements will be fish oil 2 grams per day, Vitamin C 3 grams per day, MultiVitamin: 1 gram per day& glucosamine.
Would be great if you can let me know what you think about the programme and HCG usage...Any other recommendations reg. the training schedule, diet and supplements are welcomed as well..
