High est

Hi Guys

Through my last cycle my blood work showed very high Est : 332 (75 - 175)
Was wondering how or what I should take to keep it down during my next cycle.

An AI? Which one? Arimidex, Proviron? Quantity? I dont think a Serm like Nolva through the entire cycle would fix this would it?

Getting proviron on Wednesday. Not sure if it is enough. or to get Arimidex. However the price for that here is high.

u need to get ur E2 measured, not estrogen is not necessary, but since ur's is so high u'r E2 must also be high. The standard dose on cycle is arimidex 0.5 EOD.
