Can I use var & EQ to cut? I know the EQ will spike my appetite but I Figure if I can be selective with my food intake I can cut weight and maybe get a lil muscle out of cycle.

    My brain hurts lol
I need some advice. If you can't already tell I'm a noob

    Stats 6' 4"
201lbs. Just of scale this morn.

Well I've been doing ok with dieting it's actually working I'm doing light weight high reps of all work outs. And try to get cardio in at least 3 times a week.

As for the test what would you say to sust or andro275

Dont jump on cycle, carry on working hard with your diet and cardio. Once you hit a wall with your results re-design your diet and increased your cardio. People use aas far to much when its not needed, you can cut without them and when your still experiencing results theres no need for them at this stage IMHO.

Keep going naturally and slowly reduce your bf, once you hit a wall re-design your diet which will springboard into further reduction in your bf, again keep this up till you hit a wall again and then increase your cardio so you get a further lift in your results (try doing 4 x weekly at 60%-70% of your MHR). Once you have exhausted all avenues then you should consider taking some aas or fat burning supps but from the sounds of it your a long way away because your still seeing results. Best of luck whihc ever way you go

I'm a big supporter of doing cardio first thing in the am on an empty stomach. Have you had your diet looked at by someone in the diet section here? Diet is key my friend.

No I haven't that's my next step. At the end of next week I'll post what my food and cal intake has been in the diet section. It's hard to find time in the A.M.
    I'll make it work somehow it's only 3-4 x a week.

It can be hard do the am cardio, but just get up earlier and go get it. The results are much better, remember when you just on a piece of cardio equipment in the middle of the day you have to stimulate and use up all the short term stored energy out of your blood stream and liver (glycogen), this can take 20 min! That means the first 20 min of cardio is a waste really. Now in the am on an empty stomach, your body has been fasting for the last several hours (should be 7-8), you get through the glycogen MUCH faster. I't worth going to bed earlier and waking up earlier.
