First, can anyone identify what this label on a testosterone bottle means?

The first number (Rx) is the prescription number. So, anyone from the FDA or other Gov. affiliates thereof can look at your post, and trace it back to the owner.

Are you the patient for this prescription? If so,
1) Why didn't your doctor review the medicine you are being prescribed?
2) Why are you worried about getting shutdown with test production? There's a reason for a doctor prescribing this to you, which plain and simple would be for hypogonadism; meaning you're already shutdown.

Please let us know what your doctor did or didn't talk to you about, and please post your labs from your medical evaluation so that we can understand your situation a little better. Full stats would be great too!
