Wondering if this is low estrogen

Okay so me and the wife had some nice sex this afternoon. The erection was good. I would say 90%. But as soon as we were done my buddy looked like he was ready to go take a nap. Completely limp. Now I am on 200mgs Test Cyp every week with Anastrozole 1 mg on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Could my estrogen be too low. Also noticed I don't recover as quick after sex. I have never given blood since on TRT. Could my blood be too thick and I am not getting adequate flow? Or is it estrogen? Should I drop my AI some? Opinions please.

3 mgs of anastrozol a week is a lot, what other symptoms? Back aches, joint pain?

No not really any joint aches or back aches. This is just one thing I noticed.

Knock the AI back a little at a time and see if it changes, it's quite a bit for 200mgs of test.

NoSuperModel, what did you base you AI dose on? generally its 1mgs AI per 100mgs test! when i was on 200mgs test i was taking 1/2 mg AI 4 times a week and my e2 was 19!

It's been a while back but basically I was at 250mg of test a week and 2 mg of AI a week. Went to the doctor and E was high. So he upped it to 3mg a week. 6 weeks later my E was at like 17. So the next blood test it was at 30. So I said okay I will stick with the 3mg. All this time I had problems with acne so one day I decided to drop my test back to 200mg a week to see if that would help with the acne. Well it did a little bit, but I also started hearing from people that I had lost some weight.(I started a thread about that). So I have just left it at 200 and 3. Maybe I need to just go get my blood work done. I haven't been since early September.

blood work will definitely show whats going on, but if i had to bet on it I'd say your e2 is low!

My wife takes a little longer ,so after i would i used to let i marinate for a bit until she could hit her sweet spot. This has not been possible since starting trt because of the wet noodle effect right after finishing(Sorry for sounding like dr Ruth)
I too started out at 200mg test c 1.1 mg 3x/wk.
Recently i dropped my ai to see if my joint pain would go away.
My dose is now 100mg test c .25 mg Anastrozole 2x/wk ,so far i have noticed some joint releif and libido improvement.
I wonder if this is a normal issue when on trt?
I will be following this thread since this is of great concern to me to.

I'm on 100mg of test cyp and started taking 1mg of AI a week. That worked great up front but has since become too much.

I've cut back to .75mg a week and I'm considering going to .50mg based on sides.

Will need a blood test to really tell the story though.

i use a little less myself...but for the record...that 1mg per 100mg is just a basic guidline/to start/...

finding your own 'sweet spot' is always been the best recommendation...

back to the above posts...never again will i use anything different for my steak than a dry rub...dont even wanna hear the M word again

i was thinking the same thing, but in stead of lowering AI i'll increase test dose a little. it hard as is splitting the stupid little anastrozole pill in half!

Oh hell yes Bass, I used to get mad as hell cutting those tiny cabor pills when I ran deca, bought a cutter and couldn't believe it, it will quarter just about any pill and do it fairly well.

I agree with the people above that recommend dropping the AI dose. I sound like a broken record, but here is my weekly reminder that I take 200mg/wk and use ZERO AI and my E2 stays very low. It is my belief that not everyone needs it at TRT doses.

Cut one pill at a time. Cutting them all and putting them in a bottle the bigger pieces fall to the bottom and small to the top. You'll end up getting uneven dosages. Always, one pill at a time.
