my thought exactly! i think she just doesnt want me to go back on gear. i understand it makes sense if i was to directly give blood whilst on cycle but her giving blood and being a problem make no sense to me what so ever lol

They are worried about dirty needles.

This a possibility but the never say body building drugs specifically and ask if you ever had sex with anyone who has done them

It's for the same reason that they tell us we can't donate blood if we are illicit drug users. They assume that we're sharing needles like junkies. Just tell your girl to lie. Nothing unethical or dangerous about it.

Donating blood is good for you while on cycle.

Some other the other questions they ask:
Have you ever paid for sex? (if you are married or have a girlfriend you pay for it every day, I can bet you will answer no to that)
Have you ever had gay sex?
Have you used street drugs and injected/shared a needle?

The point is, they consider these risk factors and a higher possibility that you have a transmittable disease. It has no effect on anyone and there is no reason to be honest about using gear. If you have HIV/hep/ or something similar then no you don't give blood but they screen your blood but they try to eliminate the possibility.

If you have used finasteride, dutasteride then you shouldn't donate because it can cause issues with pregnant women.

Redcross loves blood of AAS users due to high hemoglobin. They will begin to stalk you for your blood. Lol. I personally have to donate while on to keep hemo/hemato in check.
