    GNC return policy

Okay- So I saw a sign at gnc saying 100% satisfaction guarantee. So when I was buying my protein, I asked the employee what would happen if I used the product and didn't like it for some reason. He told me I could bring the tub back and get a refund. So I said even if its empty? He said its frowned upon, but they will refund it anyway. Has anyone ever tried to return a product? Or take advantage of the policy?

I couldn't morally do this. It's like that fat people that send their food back after they have eaten most of it. No offense, but as much as I hate GNC it's kind of a bum thing to do.

I couldn't do it either. When I was younger I worked at Costco. This was when they had the lifetime return policy on electronics. People would come in year after year and swap out their TV for the latest and greatest. Too many people took advantage of this so they did away with the return policy on electronic.

Also, there was this 60 yr old lady that brought back a 30k necklace and claimed the stone fell out. They exchanged it for her. She did this 3 times over 9 months before costco finally said here's your money back, you can no longer be a member of Costco. I wanted to smack her everytime she walked through the door. Made me sick how she took advantage. Clever but disgusting.

I wish women would have a similar policy.

Haha **** them, GNC is a rip off. I would have no problem bring something back. I'm not sure i would if it was empty, but half empty hell ya.. I buy stuff in different flavors and if i don't like the taste i return it.

I use to work at a Supplement store and we had people come back with empty tubs all the time! I would never ever allow them to return it....most of the time they would yell at me and say its wasnt fair haha Id just say "Not fair? No un fair is someone coming in trying to steal from hard working business owners by bringing in product they have already used...someone has to pay for that empty tub and its not going to be us!"

Another good one we would always get is "I want to return it, It didnt work" My response would always be "Ok do you have a video log of everything you had to eat for the past month, your workout schedule, and life style habits, because if you dont I cant do anything for you" lol

One time a guy came back with a protein container that he emptied and filled with cake batter...I opened it and could tell right away! so I got a shaker, mixed my self a shake and when it clumped in a ball I told the guy "This is a whey isolate theres no way this is the same stuff you purchased the other day"

I cant stand people who steal!!!! How would you feel if you owned a business and someone did this to you? Who do you think you are that you have the right to steal from a hard working person? disgusting!

I'm allergic to getting raped in the ass so I generally don't shop at GNC.
