I will cut right to it:
I am 6,2 (189cm), 211 (96kg) and 31years old.
I have been training since 2005, that includes: weight lifting, boxing (since "05), Muy-Tai (since "10) and judo (since "10).
The supplements I am using are: Morph from isatori, 3-XL from Isatori, Muscle Milk from Cyto Sport and I used to use Monster Pump from Cyto until it started to give me anxiety attacks from the high caffeine amount.
I only use the supplements for three mounths at a time except the protein, which I use constantly, taking two-three months off so that my liver, kidneys and stomach dont burn out (this is an advice from my coach).
My diet is high in protein, fibers and carbs, but I also have to add in some fat to be able to perform in matches, specially in judo
After an shoulder injury last year, where the joint in my shoulder got banged up pretty badly, I did my first cycle on deca + sust, which I thought went ok, it helped me finish a couple of competitions and got me through training until I had my surgery, but after reading some of the threads here I realise that it could have gone better (no pct), but, live and learn I guess![]()
But to the matter at hand:
I have spent the last couple of years stuck in the same rut, no real gains, no increase in strength or mass and if you count out the cycle last year, nothing has really happened, I just keep pushing the same weights around.
So a friend suggested that I should try sustanon 250 for 10 weeks, from what I heard from him it worked wonders. What he suggested was a shot every 4 days. Then talking to another friend, he told me that one shot a week would be enough for me to start with, seeing that my purpose was more in gaining strength than gaining mass, then another told me it was useless unless I would do it every other day and then another told me: "hey, if you need solid advice that fits your purpose, go to this online forum."
And so here I am, trying to see if there is someone out there who can give me a solid advice on what to do, if sustanon is the thing I should be using or if I should use something else in consideration to the sports I am in.
