I turn 49 next month and would like to try GH. I have no particular goals other than lean muscle low body fat but that has been my goal for many years. I have probably cycled over 20 times and used about everything anabolic. I am 5'10" 185 and have some injuries that I constantly train with shoulder and hip cant really Bench or Squat anymore. What amount of GH should I take for well being lean muscle?
