bf%: I'm not quite sure but my best guess is 9-10%. My abs are fairly visible but they aren't glaringly obvious.
I'm planning on starting my second cycle fairly soon within the next 3-4 weeks. My first cycle was sustanon250 at 250mg/10 weeks, inject once a week/every 7 days. I gained roughly 15lbs and kept probably 5 of them.
You guys will be happy to hear I researched until my eyes hurt and got a PCT and liver supporter/anti-estrogen from a local nutrition/fitness store before starting. Not quite sure of the exact ingredients but they were manufactured by Legal Limit Labs for what it's worth. I never had any bloodwork done but my johnson still works, I still like having sex, I have the motivation to accomplish things, and my chest looks great with no signs of gyno and my nips never itched during the cycle or pct. I took 1 pill liver supporter/anti-estrogen every night before bed out of fear of gyno and liver disease. Never even waited for a warning sign to occur.
That said, I made my share of mistakes like others do their first time. Due to my current living conditions I was bored out of my mind at my parents house back from college and lifted every day to give me something to do, and during weeks 7-8 my house at college had an asbestos problem so I had to sleep on my friends couch. I was broke as shit and jobless limiting my nutrition to essentially lots peanut butter and a few eggs a day. Yeah, right when I make the most gains. It's 5 months later and I'm still pissed. The combination of overworking my muscles and low calories/shit nutrition is probably where my extra 15lbs I was expecting and never saw went.
So I ask for help and advice to make this cycle perfect. I have about $250 to spend. I'm planning on
Sustanon250, 500mg/10weeks, inject twice a week, every 4-5 days
Nolvadex as my pct. 40mg for 2 weeks daily, 20mg for next 2 weeks daily.
I've cleaned up my nutrition and learned to count macros. My diet is essentially only grilled chicken, brown rice, oatmeal, pb&j, and eggs. I try and eat every 3 hours, etc. I hear I don't need a liver supporter and milk thistle with absolutely no alcohol will work fine, and keep extra nolvadex on hand if your nips start to itch/puff up.
I liked the [minimal] results of what I tried first so I figured I'd up the dosage instead of screwing with different types and now that my nutrition is significantly better and I had a good crash course first cycle I wanna try to gain about 30lbs and keep 15-20lbs.
Any help or advice is greatly appreciated, mostly towards proper PCT dosing, what I do EXACTLY if I think I'm getting gyno, and the liver support deal. Those are the haziest things as everything first cycle was made fairly easy. Thanks guys.
