hello everyone
i remember reading bits and pieces of this site back in highschool. i have been hitting the gym for about 4 years now with my old man usually 5 days a week, with weekends off. we both work physical jobs so motivation isnt a issue. he has been taking gear for a while now. so i joined to get a wide array of advice from numerous people so maybe one day i could hit it as well. im a small figure 5'5 tryin to put on as much weight as poss before i even start with supps. anyway i look foward to your help
