Most Alcohols - Sparing amounts of wine would be my suggestion. Highly effective.
Yogurt
Eating smaller meals more frequently, which is of course a guideline for building mass already, works in itself to increase the appetite by increasing metabolism. Sometimes getting to that point, however, requires some discipline up front. There are also natural herb combinations marketed as appetite stimulants, which include many of the above mentioned ingredients, as shopping for each of them individually can prove quite frustrating.
