Its been a while since I have done them but they always use to be one of my favorite work outs esp. for just total body and core workouts. My question is did some new study come out saying they are bad for you or something lol? reason i am asking is because I havent seen a single person at my gym doing them for years and i go to a pretty big gym. I just feel weird making room to do them since no one ever does, maybe its just kinda dangerous with so many people around and in the gym as far as hitting someone else because my gym doesnt really even have an area to do them
