I plan to put these in the same syrynge and inject at the same time.
Nolvadex daily while on cycle
3 weeks after sustanon cycle- I'm gonna take clomid for 3 weeks.
How many nolvadex and clomid pills do I take a day?
My weight is 150 and I'm 5'11
If anyone see's anything wrong with this please tell me, like I said I'm new.

Whats wrong with the cycle is your stats mate. At your height and age your not nearly ready for steroids. How old are you, and how long have you been training for? I am guessing their is something seriously wrong with the diet.

I'm planning on starting the cycle in a month, right now im drinking mass builder, with a very high protein diet of red meat and fish and chicken, I just weighs my self and I'm 158 I'm 19 years old
And would this cycle be a good cycle?
I plan to keep working out naturally for another month then starting the cycle

you should wait alot longer then a month. You can cause permanent damage to your endocrine system at your age.
as for your cycle. no its not a good one. eq"bold" pretty much sucks and you are using way to little for way to short of time to do anything. Your going to screw yourself up for very little if any gain. And i will promise you you will lose anything you gain once you stop.
Why dotn you post your whole diet for a day

No this is not a good cycle. At 19 their is absolutely no way you should be taking steroids. You can build a ton more naturally. You have to wait a few years before you start using AAS. It's not the answer you wanted I know, but its the truth. At your age you can cause severe permanent damage to your body by taking steroids.

exactly, and everyone here is telling you to avoid steroids, and they know what they are talking about. If you get your diet sorted out you will be shocked by hw quickly you will gain size.

then post your diet. You cant make muscles out of some pills and a little vial. You have to eat for it. Lets take a look at what you eat for a day if you want to grow

I wake up eat toast, some kind of meat and drink a protein shake, then I snack on vegetables and junk food, and then I just eat all kinds of meats and veggies, I don't have a main diet cause I don't know what to eat

Then listen to the sound advice you've been given and get a solid diet and training routine in order. That's your best option without doing damage to your HPTA. What's the rush?

bro in all seriousness why wont you listen?...there are people here with real world experiance/knowledge, some whome where just like you and went ahead and did it anyways and are now paying the price of there actions telling you not to do this and you still think its a good idea?...do you always learn everything the hard way?...no one will give you steroid advise cus its just moraly wrong in a lot of members minds...if you could only see how rediculous this idea is then you would understand why people are saying what they are....

even if you do find someone to give you advise in what gear to use they are not looking out for your best interest, and seeing as thats what they are doing would you really want to trust them? Just gorge out on some food. A lot of it... Chicken, Beef, Clean Pork, Fish, Oats, Grains, Fiber Vegi, Eggs. All those im sure you have access to so just eat them. I am assuming you live with your folks still so just live it up and the good thing is that they are all pretty cheap

What's that age-old saying, nothing good comes easy? Steroids will make you big quick and just as quickly you will lose everything you gained, as well as wasting a lot of money. Forget about steroids for at least five years from now and use the nutrition forum to do this the right way. It's going to take a lot of time, hard work, and education but in the end you will be far more advanced both physically and intellectually than most of those around you. Get it in your mind that you want to learn how to be a nutrition and exercise guru. Steroids are for a much later time in your life.
And oh, take junk food out of your diet ASAP. That trash has no value for someone who wants to enhance their physique.
