    P90X question

I'm new here ,but I have a quick (maybe not so quick) question. Would it be worth it to do a cycle with P90X? I'm not looking to cut I want to game some mass. I like the structure of P90X and the fact I have the equipment to do it at home. Would it just be a waste of time and money to take it doing that program?

I tried the search for an answer ,but didn't find one.

From what of seen of P90X it's geared toward fat loss not hypertrophy. I don't think it is what you are looking for to gain mass.

Iam in my 6 week of p90x. I have been doing 500mg of sust since the brgining. I use dumbells for the exersices and the bands for the pull ups. I love the results iam getting. Do I think you would gain more size in the gym lifting yes! I took about a year off and with things at home going on before I went to the gym I decided to do a run of p90x to change things up a bit. I also must say that I've been doing gear for about ten years and lifting longer so I don't know if a beginer woulf want to do this I just wanted to give my experiance. If you do p90x def do all the workouts even yoga. And when I do go back to the gym after the 90 days. Think I will still do the plyo and kempo as my cardio along with the gym. Good luck. I also did this because I wanted to loose about 15 pounds also and do not like the treadmill
