New to boards and need some advice

I am new to the boards, (posting wise) but I have been reading through them and this seems to be a collection of knowledgeable people. I am seeking some advice. First, I got out of the Navy in Jan 2010 and with no structured work outs, I have let myself go. I am currently 6'0 220 and I am working to get back to where I was at 195 and 10%. I was looking at anavar, but after reading boards I was discouraged from doing so. Does anyone have any suggestions on what would be a good cutting agent that would help me?
    Thanks!

First off you need to get the working out going full throttle along with diet. How often are you currently working out?

That's not bad cross fit is supposed to be pretty enduring. However I am going to suggest you start doing fasted cardio in the mornings as many days a week as possible. Diet really is the key to weight loss too so that is likely an area for you to focus on. If you start doing the fasted cardio and straighten up your diet then when you plateau it will be time to take a look at adding something in. Steroids are more for breaking through your genetic limit not a crutch to get in shape.
