Background- been lifting for the past 6 yrs. Mist have been heavy as I've competed in powerlifting. I really half assed it for about a yr and got totally to fat. Since Sept I've dropped from 320 to current weight of 267. Ive made the mistake of using as young as 21 up to 23. I have about 5 good cycles under my belt all for strength or bulking. This is my first cut cycle.

Plan- diet to 13-15% bf it approx 255lbs. This should take me 6 wks. Then start my cut mid April. I have family coming hone that hasn't seen me since I post 53lbs and I'm using that date mid June as where I want to end my cycle. I'm not looking to be in show shape but would like to be 260lbs at no higher than 13% I feel that maintaing a bf of 13% and gaining 5lbs over 8 wks is a very realistic goal for a first time cut.

Wks 1-8 test prop 150mg eod
Wks 1-8 tren a 100-150mg eod
Possibly oral win 50mg ed wks 5-8
