Planning on moving to Mideast, and reminiscing of some NH and New England...
Desert of Maine
Believe it or not, there is a desert in Maine.
It was left behind by an ice glacier 11,000 years ago. It is a great tourist attraction rich with local history.

Stone hedge in Salem NH
Tigershark and I went one fall eating sushi and finger bits on the sacrificial stone, we planned naughty deeds but families were around lol. They also have snow shoe trails for snowy days...going during a summer or winter solstice the stones line up and focus the rays ~ wild!

Mount Washington hotel... haunted and passion behind Steven kings book/movie the shinning
We ate here and heard stories from people that stayed the night of things they experienced. Room 217 took pix of Tiger at the notorious room of scariness in the movie lol

Mount Washington glaciers to ice hike...water falls...winter and fall horse drawn sleigh/hay rides...zip lines. Indoor skydiving...white water rapids...polar glacier caves to squeeze through on foot...kayaking in the city a bit of every thing
done them all and still...love the most a paved and dirt path that travels from bottom of NH through 1/2 of mass...also a trail that runs from bottom of NH through top of NH ~ BUT then again I am a mountain biker chix lol (even though I promised no more jumps and stunts lol) its still freeing and fun
