    anabolics?

Hi, I'm very new to steroids and need to know exactly what to do.
Ive tried reading up on them but am still unsure.
Basically i want to build body/muscle mass but don't wanna take too many. Only really wanna take a few pills.
Whats the best for this? and i don't get the process you have to take after taking them?
    cheers

i will say that no one here will spoonfeed you the information most of us took years to learn...i would start by reading the stickys at the top of each forum page that will answer alot of your questions and then when you have more specific questions you can start a new thread asking it....

I'll give you a few points to consider before even thinking of AA's.

    1. *****Diet****** This will be the most important aspect of your training, you will be hard pressed to find anyone who disagrees with me here. You're going to need to have a very well thought out plan for yourself in line with your goals. You don't want to just eat what your friend who's in shape eats, or eat better. If you're serious about taking aa's you will have a very well thought out plan for yourself that HAS BEEN working for you for a good period of time (I'd say bare minimum 6 weeks). Take a look in the nutritional section of these forums, there is a LOT of fantastic information there you can use to help devise a good starting point (if you don't already have one, and even if you do check here for some tips or new ideas!!).

    2. Training plan/Knowledge - You should have a good bit of time spent in the gym pushing yourself to your natural limitations. Everyone will have a different opinion on how long that will take but I typically see people in their mid-late 20's with ~10 years of experience on here discussing their cycles. The important thing to distinguish here is that you have been consistently, intelligently and intensely training. If you have been serious for a couple of years, I'd think you would be fine. You wouldn't need to be die hard for 10 years is my point, 2-3 of very solid intelligent progressive training would be suffice. Keep in mind you can do amazing things with a regiment and diet alone!

    3. PCT - If you don't know what SERMS, AI, or PCT mean you are not ready at all. Do some research and when you decide it's time if you have these things down pat you will NO doubt easily keep twice your results as opposed to not having these. (This is of course in conjunction with a proper diet and workout regiment).

    4. PATIENCE! - Too many people think this is a way to jump start their programs. If you don't have all of this in check and you simply start a cycle, yea... you'll have drive, yes you'll make gains, and yes you may get more lean or more "jacked". The truth of the matter is however, your cycle does not last forever. If you do not have proper planning for PCT, AI, Serums.... you are not even close to ready for something like this because you will see your gains come and then 90% of them fade away as your routine/diet/PCT are not where they should be. DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

I'm sure I've missed a few things here as I've just gotten home from the gym, need a shower, hungry and tired as shit! These are the few main points I can think of at the moment. If you do your homework on all of these things and read others experiences (Highly recommend the members cycle results forum) you will be very happy you did so.

***You can be impatient now and regret it later or be patient now and be a monster later***

Sorry if you have a lot of these things in place (I only saw you don't know PCT) but this is my general spiel I give people when I hear they are thinking of AAS and have no idea what they are playing with. Not knowing how to take advantage of AA's and all that goes along with pre-during-post cycle is like being in an F-15 with only video game experience! (Ok terrible analogy but you get the point).

Best of luck to you no matter what you decide but if you follow the guidance of those on this board you will excel in all of your training endeavors!
