pct timings when do i stop hcg?

hey guys I'm starting a cycle next week and I'm using test c instead of my usual test 3. I'm running test c 12wks at 600/wk and winnie wk 9-12 @ 50mg/day. i always use hcg throughout but i know test c's half life is a few days longer so what I'm asking is when should i stop the hcg and start pct? ill be using 250iu 2x/wk on cycle. I'm also running adex though out the cycle, when should i stop that too? I'm only asking because I'm getting a lot of conflicting information on my searches and from some buddies of mine. also when should i start hcg/adex use? first day or 14 days into cycle?

pct: torem/ nolva (4 or 6 wks)

stats:
24 yr old
13%bf
203lbs
5'11"

cycles: test e, winnie, deca, dbol
goal: drop to 10%bf and gain 10lbs (realistically will settle for just the bf drop and maintain weigh)

wk 1-12 test c 600mg/wk
wk 9-14 winnie 50mg/day
wk 2-14 adex .25mg/eod
wk 2-14 hcg 500iu/wk
wk 15-18 torem
wk 15-18 nolvadex

I've never run the cycle like that but from what i hear from my dr and some searching, that layout seems to make sense. i usually run:
wk 1-12 test e 500mg/wk
wk 9-12 winnie 50mg/day
wk 1-12 adex .25mg/eod
wk 1-12 hcg 500iu/wk
wk 15-18 clomid
wk 15-18 nolvadex
but my recoveries always suck. should my new layout pose a better chance of a good recovery with optimal results?

Oh and I'm also running b12. What's a good weekly dosage not including what's going into the hcg? Thanks!

Well might be cause ur still a bit young to be running gear...any way u could wait a few more years you would do urself a great service

i usually did clomid 100 50 50 50 and nolva 40 40 20 20. i know i could get away with clomid 50 50 25 25 but id rather try torem this time around. i feel that if i get the timings down to a science with this cycle, then ill be in the clear.

Definitely run the torem..higher class and newer

Also which way would yield best results: 14wk at 500/wk 1-8 1000/wk 9-12, 500/wk 1-14 or the original 600/wk 1-12. I hear different advice because it's test cyp. And is it best to pin every 3.5 days or do I spread it more because of the ester? Thanks. And I'm still waiting on some info about the hcg and pct timings. Thanks again
