first pic was when I was bulking and lifting about seven years ago!! Second pic is after seven years. Diet has been totaly inconsistent, workout has been a bit of cardio and now I started with MMA again. NO WEIGTS WHAT SO EVER!!
Im trying to keep fit, with kids, wife, work etc, it gets hard.
Well Im back on the board and trying to get back on track.
Im fat now, dont know my BF%. Im getting back in shape though- Let me know
