calvesj/k...hurts like hell!
I am a quad fan although several are not! Glutes and Delts are most common!
Easiest is delt. Favorite would be lats because they can hold a lot more juice.

Delts, glutes, pecs, and quads are where I go. Favorite is probably delt because its the easiest.
Good luck on your first pin. See you on Tuesday/Wednesday when you're back here asking about PIP, lol.
Quads just so easy to get to, i find them painless now.
I've heard alot of people have problems hitting veins and nerves in the quads and some in the Delts.. have you guys had that experience? Im going to go with the thigh first just so I can see what im doing but I know I'm going to pay for it! I've got decent sized pecs would a 1" straight in be ok? Or 5/8"?
Also I just got a 10ml 100mg/ml of test suspension. Should I kick off the cycle with that? Or run it after last sustanon pin up to couple days before pct?
Quads, never have hit a nerve yet. It's easy cause you can see what you are doing and I have big quads so makes it easier.
Middle delts and triceps are my go to.
If it is your first time pinning I definitely wouldn't recommend test suspension, it can be painful and you would need to pin 2x per day at minimum to keep blood levels acceptably stable. Just stick with the sustanon this time around.
also--dont go pulp fiction on us--your asking for easy spots and then say your going straight into your chest--lmao
keep your needle at 1" maybe 1.5 if you need that.
delts are easy--done 2 cycles in those locations. its easy with 2 pins--you just switch,
but when you get to talking about prop-and suspension--your gonna need many spots bus you gonna be injecting many times daily/weekly.
Glutes 4 me, here is a good pin site
spotinjections (dot) com
I don't have enought posts, I am a new member so can't drop the full URL.
I've been on spot injections read them all just wanted opinions. Im just nervous I'm going to hit a nerve or vein. I'm sure it'll be fine. This is my first cycle and first pin ever! My buddy runs this and he's freakishly huge. Knows what he's doing. It'll be ok to run it after last sustanon pin up to pct to keep it going and the injection doesn't hurt its super thin.
I'm going to run it eod for 3 weeks as a preworkout. Going to give quads Delta thigh a try. Also running var for 8 weeks at 52.5mg
I've hit nerves a few times in the quad that sent the leg into spasms. Hit a vein in August that caused a hematoma and left me limping for 4 weeks!!!!!Originally Posted by mr007
wat kind of var pill you got (dosage not lab name) that you can split it to 52.5mg?
I am new to pinning, only been on my 12 week course for 4 weeks. I hit a vein in my upper right glute 2 weeks ago, pretty painful, took it out and pinned 2nd time which was fine. Got this nasty bruise which is taking forever to heal, I use it as a marker :-) anything 1cm down from it is all ways fine. I also pin 2 times a week.
I like the delts they are easy.
Its actually liquid var. 25mg/ml
I like quads. Easy access and I can use both hands when I aspirate.
I like the kneecaps. Lol only kidding guys I've never pinned before.

Glutes are ok, love quads, will be trying pecs and delts soon.
So i couldn't wait any longer pinned last nnight at 7 will be pinning saturdays 7pm Wednesday 7am. Holy shit my thighs hurting today. Got a little bit of aa limp going on haha, nothing I cant manage though!
I rotate between glutes, delts and quads. I don't prefer either over another as they all have their advantages/disadvantages.
Glutes: Probably the most difficult of the 3 but I have never hit a vein or have bled afterwards.
Delts: The least painful pin, I literally do not feel the 25g needle at all.
Quads: By far the easiest pin. More likely to hit a vein but the easiest to draw back to check if you have in fact hit a vein or not.
