I did some searching around.... with more success this this time.
Does this look correct?
1) For each recipe ingredient add up total Calories, Fat, Carb, and Protein (if you add 8 servings of pasta add pasta calories per serving x 8, fat x 8, carbs x 8, pro x 8)
2) Combine all ingredients and weigh in Grams
3) Divide total recipe weight in grams by 28 (28 grams = 1 oz)
4) The answer is your total number of servings and each serving is 1oz. (total weigh of all ingredients / by 28)
5) Divide your total amount of servings (ounces) by the total amount of calories, fat, carbs, or proteins to get your calorie/fat/carb/protein per serving amount.
