Yes, yes, yes... another newbie begging for answers. Sorry ahead of time. I just want to be as safe as possible, and as smart as possible.
A few of my friends use steroids and they have been doing their own thing for awhile now, yeahhhh... I might be next.
I've seen a few of them get ridiculous gains in 6 week cycles of winstrol. Although, I'm scared for a few of them. I'm not sure they are doing it right (safe.)
Some take winstrol (orally) by itself, some take it with clen. From what I've read that's a terrible idea, and they should really have a test base.
However, if it means anything they are taking joint supplements, fish oil, a multi, and a crap load of milk thistle.
I think they're PCT is weak too...if any...
I'm looking to go about a 6 week winstrol cycle as safe as possible. If that means going 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off, 3 weeks back on. Or if I should just cycle a test first.
I really am not too sure, sorry for my lack of knowledge. I know its annoying always getting the same questions.
I'm 6'5 and about 210lbs. Athletic build. I'm 19 years old, and am in good shape. I've been very active my whole life and go to the gym 4-5 times a week. My knowledge on lifting is good, I've done a lot of reading on it. (as well as nutrition) So, I wont hurt myself being dumb in the gym. My nutrition has been pretty crumby lately, but its been fantastic in the past. If I do decide to cycle and you guys agree with me that OK to do so. I will focus drastically on my diet, and can promise you that it will be very good for the width of the cycle.
So, basically, I need to know how to go about this... If I should cycle anything first? What testosterone should I take? ...and how should I go about PCT?
