    quick easy healthy snack ???

    ok so in my line of work, my eating schedule is pretty consistent, but some times I can't stop to have a meal, I've been putting protein bars or granola bars in my pocket to tide me over, but I'm trying to eat very clean on a cutting diet. what are some other snacks that you guys know eat that would fit my diet?

    Low sodium beef jerky is a pretty good one

    Do you have like an office job? Maybe get some tuper-ware and put your meals in there and eat them at your desk, that's what I used to do. If not, you can make some shakes and bring them to work.

    yeah, a big bottle of protein, another canister of oats, bring in a case of tuna, another case of canned chicken
    a large bag of peanuts

    if you can put a fridge (little one.... 1.7sf from walmart = $79), then you can also stock up on some fresh vegggies....

    I do the tupperware thing for my full meals on my scheduled breaks, I work at a shipyard so some days I work thru my breaks and thru my scheduled meals.

    I usually have some rice cakes, a protein shake (with milk) and some almonds if I don't have time to eat.

    If you don't like rice cakes maybe try putting some organic peanut butter on them instead of having almonds. If that doesn't work swap it for a piece for fruit and keep the almonds

    Check out the recipe section bro. There are a lot of good options there.

    Beef jerky is my go-to quick/easy snack/meal.

    I find myself snacking on snap peas or carrots alot.. Not much protein in them so I tend to dip it into a vegetable/ greek yogurt dip

    Peas and carrots are 2 of the highest sugar containing veggies about. On a cut, personally, I wouldn't touch them.

    If you know you are gonna miss a meal or only have 5 mins then make up a pre blended shake-whey/casein/oats and may e some cottage cheese. Fit it in your macro's and you are gtg.
