Time to hit hcg?

I'm on my 6th week on test e 500mg/week and noticed my balls have shrunk a bit. I haven't been on hcg now, so how should I use it afterwards, if to use?

Gains I've made about 8-9 lbs and also some water retention of course, been quite strict diet since I started my cycle. Diet has been copyed from here.

No sicnificant problems, some sweating and acne but not bad at all.

I would have run it from the start. But yeah now is a good time to start running it. 250ius twice a week is what I've run in the past to kick start my sperm production after years on while trying to conceive a child. Seemed to have worked fine as the wife is pregnant and it made them restore some size.

Yeah that was what I expected. My hcg is stored in my friend apartment right now and he's not coming home until next monday so it will be the day to start.
