    Losing belly fat

    Im 22, 5'8" in at 68kg

I wanna lose my belly fat, in the below you can see it sorta, its the area that surrounds my belly button. From a side on view, its more noticeable, as it looks like a lump, and I'm seriously un happy with it. I'm pretty skinny all over so I'm not sure how to lose this without losing weight. Are there any products/ legal/illegal/ that can help? I don't want something that would make me lose weight weight, per say, just specifically fat. Automatically it would depend on my diet, so I'm posting it below. To me, (yes, it's not the best diet) but I can't see why I hold so much fat in that particular area, as I don't eat a lot of simple carbs/fats. :S. I also heard something about my mate injecting into the skin L-cartinatate (injection variable) which was supposed to make him lose spot fat in that area, not sure how that went though...\

So diet as follows. Yes I have a very bad sleeping pattern but that's just how it is these days, don't need to wake earlier...(or is it my sleeping pattern thats affecting fat storage in the belly?)

Wake up: (2-3pm) - - 6 eggs (3 yolks) [scrambled]. piece of bread, usually whole grain, sometimes white. Toasted. Cup of green tea with 1 fish oil tablet (1000mg?)
5:30pm - - piece of fruit, sometimes a can of tuna.
7pm - - Dinner, handful of white rice, with chicken stir fry OR red meat with bbq sauce and sarachi chilli sauce and 1 or 2 potatoes.
10pm - - Post work out shake, 1 scoop of protein ON 100% gold standard.
12am - - I'll have the same thing as dinner, but a smaller portion
1:30am - - Same thing as before, even smaller portion, no carbs at all.
    3-4am - Sleep.

What is your training protocol? How long have you been at it. Loosing weight is about diet and training...dont look for some product to do it for you.

but its so gay, my mates probably at the same bf% and doesn't have that lump. like i used to eat maccas everyday and eat watever under the sun as a 'bulking regime' until about 2 years ago when i started, well not dieting, but cutting out bad foods. which is why i believe theres a large build up there, and not really anywhere else on my body.

been training for 2006, didn't gain much, ate everything and anything and training on and off was 45kg at 5'6? (ecto to the days) got to 55kg at end of 2009. and around 2010 is when i started training properly, with a proper regime.

i train 5 days a week, day 1: chest, day 2: back/abs, day 3: legs day4: arms, day5: shoulders/abs... ill do cardio sometimes for 20 mins light but now, as im just trying to gain size, i won't.

I'd say your diet has a lot of room for improvement, not to mention i dont like the word "sometimes" in a diet. You want to lose fat or gain lbm you need to be accurate and consistent with the diet, also not all healthy foods are good for cutting either. Sleeping habit is not the issue, the issue is your diet.... Nutrition section is your friend at this point!!
