    Which one?

I've spent the last 10 years boxing, I'm weighing about 11 st but I'm slim, I'm wanting to start on steroids but not sure which to use, I wanna add around 2 stone now I'm not boxing anymore.

My advice to you Dan is look around here on this forum for info on beginner cycles, PCT etc. familiarize yourself with the info that already exists on this board.

    Welcome to the board mate!
Spend some time reading and learning, there are different steroids for diffferent purposes.
Additionally, now that you are not boxing, i'm thinking the two stone will happen anyways, right? No more cutting?
    Cheers

Can we please avoid the use of archaic units of mass/weight that involve me having to bust out a calculator and multiply by increments of 14 lbs? Thanks.

Thanks for the advice, in reply, I may gain a little but I've always found gaining weight difficult.

    I would do some calculating.
    1) What is your body weight?
    2) What is your bf % (gotta be somewhat accurate).
    3) 1)-2) = Lean Body Mass (LBM)
    4) Calculate Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR, you can google it)
    5) Calculate TDEE based on your activity rate (you can google it)
    6) Determine how much weight you want to gain over what period of time (for example, let's say you want to gain 10lbs in 10wks)
    7) Look up a good bulking diet in this section and break the diet into TDEE calories per day.
    8) It takes approximately 3300 calories to gain 1 lb so you have to eat TDEE Calories + 3300/7 Calories per day. Then you will gain 1lb in 1 week.

You can adjust the numbers for how much weight you want to gain over a certain period of time.

A lb of fat contains 3500 cals. How are you factoring this?
