    Does this diet sound descent???

I weigh 190lbs, approximately 8-10% body fat, and I'm looking to gain lean muscle mass.

I found a diet on bodybuilding that is called the "$100 diet" and I think I'm gonna give it a try. I'm in the Marine Corps and right now I'm in Afghanistan, but I'll be back in Okinawa soon. Once I get there I'm going to start this diet and see how it works out.

This is what it looks like:

    Meal 1
    Omelet:
6 egg whites (or whole eggs)
    1cup spinach
    1/2tbsp salsa
    1/2 avocado

    Meal 2
    1 apple (if needed)
    8oz coffee
    8ox water
    2tbsp peanut butter
    2scoops whey protein

    Meal 3
8-10oz chicken or ground beef (Marinate all meat in olive oil, cayenne pepper, limes, and pepper)
    1cup green beans
    1cup broccoli
    1cup hot green tea

    Meal 4
    1cup blended oats
    2scoops whey protein
    8ox coffee

    Training Session
    2 bananas

    Meal 5
    1large sweet potato
10-12oz chicken breast or ground beef
1 bell pepper or large spinach salad

    Meal 6
    10-12oz water
    2tbsp peanut butter
    2scoops whey protein

Depending on when I eat meal 6 I will probably change it to casein instead of whey protein. For rest days the diet is slightly different, but follows the same format for the most part. If you want to see the web page then go to the bodybuilding website and search $100 diet

If anyone has any input or anything then feel free to post, all information and assistance is very much appreciated.

Yep. Total daily cals and macros are needed to know if you are consuming the right proportions to support LBM gains.
