thanks for the compliments.. as far as the shoulders.. gentics i guess. ive been killing myself on incline tryin to get my chest to build up so i guess theyre gettin hit twice a week but thats a weird pict im holding that shirt so my arms are bent forward. heres one cold and unflexed. im tryin to pack on a few more in my legs and back.. theyre lacking bad.
