gyno prolactin tren master need help

So my gyno is back bad!!!
I used prami and.letro last.time but.quit when i couldn't get it up anymore. I still had a tiny lump but wasnt big enough fir me to wanna keep on the letro.

I started another tren cycle and two weeks.in my nipples hurt like hell and had lumps the size of nickles. I quit my cycle and hopped on prami now I'm 3 weeks.in and no change.

Should i try the letro? Is there a dose that won't turn my goober into a Christmas ornament?

Also if i use masteron in my next cycle will it keep my from growing tits?

Do you have tamox on hand? You could attempt 40/20/20/20/20

Ditch letro, get aromasin. Run some nolvadex as mentioned above. Keep the prami going to prevent prolactin levels from rising.

And Masteron is a very weak aromatase inhibitor. It does act as an AI, but it is very weak compared to full-out AIs such as aromasin, arimidex, etc...

And I agree with austinite on the nolva, don't underestimate it's ability to reverse pre-existing gyno.

He's already using Prami, which does the same thing as Caber.

It would help if his estrogen levels have risen enough for the pathways to open so as to allow the estrogen to work with prolactin to produce gyno. If he is lactating, then prolactin is very well playing a larger role here. But estrogen must always be present to 'work with' prolactin in order to produce prolactin-related gyno. No estrogen = no gyno, even if prolactin levels are slightly elevated.

Gyno is such a complex mechanism of all kinds of different pathways. It's not as simple as "high prolactin causes it" or "high estrogen causes it". There's a few necessary factors that must be there, and there are other optional ones that will not cause anything unless there is the presence of something else.

My doses on my most recent cycle were 1 gram test p, 700mg tren, and 500,mg deca because of my joint pain.
I was using .5cc of stane eod from arr. I started feeling like shit and getting short tempered with sore nipples so i started prami at .5mg and hit the stane every day and started feeling great again. Didn't help the nips so i quit my cycle.
I want on tren again BAD but i dont know.how.the hell to keep.it.from giving me gyno

Holy christ, a few things set off alarms in my head there:

- A gram of test P per week? A little excessive, no?
- Tren AND DECA at the same time? That's asking for trouble. This could be one of the big main culprits of your problem.

You need to control your E. At 1g test your stane dose (I'm guessing .5cc is 12.5mg per day) is not enough while on a cycle like that. Only bw can tell what's really going on but I'd be willing to bet that your E is high and possibly prl as well since E regulates prl.

I've run the same cycle as you with no dopamine agonist at all but kept E in check with AI (confirmed via blood work) and prl was well below reference range even at 700mg tren.......

Great post. If you are that gyno prone you are going to have to run an ai fairly high from jump (esp at a gram a week of test) , with makes exemestane your ai of choice. There was a study where 50mg/day exem was administered to males with higlhly elevated e ...it dropped it drastically BUT kept it at the very bottom of clinically acceptable range. Moral : exem will work very well but it is difficult to "crush" e levels on exemestane.
Also its time to adjust your cycles and lower the test levels to make e easier to manage. while gyno is complex..its also very simple - first and foremost control estrogen. Period.

I ended up running 25mg ED after playing with the dose a bit but everyone's different......

If you want to run Tren again you must keep your e2 in check. And don't run deca with Tren. You should have already known that. It sounded like you ran 1g of test and only 12.5mg Aromasin EOD then bumped it to 12.5mg ED. You probably should be on 25mg per day by the sound of it.

Aromasin is great, in my opinion the best AI out of the 3 (though Letro has its specific uses), but you need to be running more than you did at a gram per week of Test. 25mg/day minimum i'd say.
