Clen shouldnt do anything to your kidneys in 7 weeks. If I were a betting man I'd put money on you eating very few carbs while you are on your diet but maintaining a high protein intake. Now THAT could cause kidney pain.. your body needs carbs to break down complex protein chains and digest them, no carbs, no digesting so they end up in your kidneys. Just a guess.

Milk thistle sucks and its for your liver not your kidneys..

I'd be much more worried about cardiovascular damage.
Just come off. 7 weeks is pushing it.

What are we talking about? I am currently taking milk thistle, but if there is something better than that I will take it. Google recommends many good things for liver support, but which one is better??

just a side note, your kidneys are located quite high up, almost your mid back, just under the lowest ribs. not the lower back.

did you start to feel the ache after a good back workout?
