Had a stress test and echo yesterday

So I have been having palpitations and heart flutters off and on for the past 3-4 months. I stopped exercising completely during this time. Yesterday I went for my stress test.

I got there and started feeling really anxious. My resting heart rate was 110 bpm.
I was freaking out like I wanted to get off that treadmill and take off those clamps.
So, only completed 10 minutes and 30 seconds cause I got too winded. Normal is 14 min.
I noticed a few pvcs during this time and my heart beat got to 184 bpm.
I pretty much was not in my element and felt tension the whole time.

Later on at night I was laying down to go to bed and my heart started to flutter. I took some relaxants and
it went away after 10 minutes.
I'm a long time sufferer of high blood pressure and take pills but I'm only 26.

I guess I just want to know if anyone has taken the stress test and felt anything like this. I feel like I can never work out again. At least not how I used to.

Sounds like you have some anxiety issues, bro.

Are these palpitations really that random? It could be anxiety or it could be naturally occurring (or by this time maybe both-- I understand this would be scary). I actually know someone who had this problem where his heart would race dangerously. They went in with some kind of probe and essentially killed the little piece of heart muscle that caused it.

OP,I suffer the same issues. I have been on BP meds since I was 15 and my heart flutters and beats irregulary as well. My stress test was a bit worse than yours, but yours still isnt great. I believe my heart issues, not including BP(I will always have that), is due to anxiety. I am a business owner and I suffer from anxiety(undiagnosed) and depression alot of the time. I hope this all gets worked out for you,and me for that matter!
