On week four of tren and these sweats are getting annoying. Anything I can do to minimize them except sleaping on a towel?

Got the fan blowing on high all winter long bro...Have not found one true solution for this side effect!
What I do is place 3 additional t-shirts next to my bed, I lay on a towel and also use a fan. I simply switch shirts repeatidly through the night as necessary. Occasionally have to turn my pillow too, oh I can`t wait!
I just started these last night.
Why insulate with Tshirt? Sleep naked and let the fan blow on your skin lol
No choice, I'd have to change the towels again and again otherwise. It's much easier to toss the t-shirt and fall back asleep. Why insulate with Tshirt?
Well, that's shitty. No magic pill for this one I guess. Wouldn't be so bad but the gf can't stand the cold so our room is always too hot to begin with.
Sleep on top of the sheets?
I'm on the same bottle of tren but I'm not getting the sweats anymore so I think eventually sometimes you get use to it and stop having them. It's not cus it's a different batch or something like that
It comes and goes for me honestly!
E or Ace???
Keeping your test dose low and running an AI seem to help. And as others have said sleeping on top of the sheets, you will still sweat but that way instead of the sweat soaking the sheets it can evaporate and cool the skin.
ed protocol i have less sides on tren.
right now. i have no insomnia and my night sweats have got better, but i freaked out early cause i was taking a piss and then it took to long then i text my gf who i love and broke up with her , then an hour later i was watching a horror movie and started crying cause someone got killed.
man i love tren.
I've only ever used ace but have tried both ED, EOD, as well as MWF protocols. None made any difference for me WRT insomnia and night sweats, however the frequency of sweats and insomnia dissipated towards the last few weeks of my cycle. Probably my body finally adapting to the gear.Originally Posted by Lunk1
I usually stick to a MWF dosing protocol with any gear b/c the PIP is less. EOD is better IMO but I've never noticed a difference between EOD vs MWF.
i already take 0.5 daily, i really wanan come off my ai all together.
Seems like a lot. There are risks to taking too much AI. Why .5 daily????Originally Posted by mockery
tell me why 0.25 ? everyone has different needs. my needs are met with 0.5
only sides i have from adex is vaginal dryness
Yes, everyone needs are unique, but 0.5mg DAILY? The risks of dosing at that level for prolonged periods are unnecessarily risky. It elevates the possibility of:Originally Posted by mockery

I only use 1mg doses daily in my most ADVANCED breast cancer patients. I'm pretty certain you aren't one of those.![]()
my labs check out and im pretty sure my local ugl i got it from in a pinch is under incorrectly dosed. at 0.25 protocol my estrogen spiked, at 0.5 im sitting pretty. every scenario is different.
Good to see your labs are being checked. Just watch for sides. A stable E2 is not a guarantee against dangerous sides. I'd hate to see something happen. AI use in males is off label and there still is a great degree of uncertainty even in the medical community.Originally Posted by mockery
well im coming off stane and adex all togther soon. i understand the importance of them. but in reality the amount used of a year is dangerous and i know this. If i can try and control estrogen using tree hugging hippy ways i will. the serms and assistant drugs will be teh death of me before the gear
im pretty sure my prami will kill me before teh adex
Mock...your killing me man!
Mmmmm. Night sweats. I'll take a 24/7 sweat if I could find a remedy to get more than 2 to 4 hours of sleep every night.![]()
