Got a buddy 250 looking to shred 30-40
He's getting clen
He's a newb, I guess I am still as well
Difference is, I know where to ask for info.
So anything you can give us, on the cycle prep, duration, before after etc. needle size, amount. Would be appreciated

ok min thing here that stood out, clen is ORAL, DO NOT PIN IT

there is a clen faq in the stickys that lays everything out in simple language

but 30-40lbs is dreaming and will not happen from a few weeks of clen

no matter how much clen you take, if your diet is piss poor you may as well eat skittles, they will have the same results, i.e nothing

diet is first and foremost when cutting, this thread lays it all out, have a look, put a diet together then post in nutrition section and see if it meets your goals

hard work, cardio, cardio, cardio, diet, cardio, hard work, and mabey a little clen is how you will lose 30-40lbs but dont expect it overnight, give yourself 4-6 months, it can be done faster if you want it enough but that timeframe is realistic and if you dont hit your goal by then something is seriously wrong

clen isnt magic, it just compliments hard work and commitment, if it was magic then the whole world would be sub 12% b/f, you know what i mean mate?
