it would be a local collection effort, and therefore, another Rusky would bbe doing the door knocker. I know $1,040 doesn't sound like alot here, but let me tell you mate, it's a helluva lot more over there. Since many in Ukraine live in poverty, I believe $1,040 is some serious money over there.
