If i have 48g protein from 2 scoops of protein.
24 grams each
what other protein source could i use instead? that has roughly 48gram protein
already got chicken and beef, cottage cheese in my diet. Happy to use more lean beef but im up for suggestions
also getting bored of chicken now, need a new recipe for it!
so working on roughly 48gram protein 8 gram carb, 3 gram fat
more worried about hitting the protein as opposed to carb/fat. as long as its at least half filling haha
