You shouldn't need a fiber supplement if your diet is on point.
I get 150% of my RDA in fiber just by eating normally.
Yeah I never use fiber anymore. But if you need to, I wouldn't worry about it, any supplement will do.

Good to know. I do take much less Fiber after getting my diet in check this past year, I'll just stick with what I use now.

Now that my diet is squared away I get more fiber than I can shake a stick at. Typically at least 50 grams a day. Often much more.
