I am at 18% BF due to my nutrition. I eat junk food primarily, take in too many carbs, and I eat more protein than I probably should.
I was thinking about switching my nutrition to a primarily vegan diet plan still eating meat but only eating enough meat to fulfill my protein needs. I plan to cut down on body fat but still remain a solid weight but in muscle. I really want to keep my strength abilities.
I would love to hear any comments on this.
