Hey so after about 3 years of doing traps on shoulder day i changed it about a month ago to back day. Im starting to notice the gains are alot better. Ive been doing my Shrugs after my deadlifts. I no that deads are good for building trap size. My traps are alot more sore during recovery days now. Then when i use to do them on shoulder day. When do you guys do your traps? Is it best tO switch them up? 8 week back day 8 week shoulder day etc?
